Step One: Ensure the Following Conditions Are Met

The applicant must be a resident of Bisha Governorate or its affiliated centers.

• The applicant must not have consummated the marriage with his contracted wife.
• The dowry must not exceed (50,000) Riyals.
• The applicant must be unemployed or have a salary less than (6,000) Riyals.
• This must be his first marriage and he has not been married before.
• The marriage contract date must not be more than one year old.
• The applicant and his wife must attend the preparatory program at the association.
